In order to make design objects accessible to everyone while still ensuring that design work is fairly compensated, I am offering the following items through a three-tier rental/storage model. The specific terms are listed for each item.

phase 01 — first lease
The first payment is considered the leasing rate for 356 days. It is well below the retail price and marks the start of a potential long-term lease. Includes delivery and setup.

phase 02 — micro storages
After 356 days of phase 01, a trade takes place. The customer continues to provide free storage space for the item, while the designer extends the lease for the item free of charge for an indefinite period after the first year. The change is that, starting at this point, the designer may, by mutual agreement with the customer, reclaim the item either for temporary use or in its entirety. Ownership of the item remains with the designer at all times.

phase 03 — buy-out agreement
During phase 02, you have the option to purchase and own the property at any time. This allows you to thoroughly test the property before making a final purchase decision. The cost of the first year’s rent is deducted from the full purchase price as a discount. The property then belongs entirely to the customer.
